Biggest (Mostly Pittsburgh) Sports Card Collection for Sale Anywhere - Price: $825 in Dormont, Pennsylvania

While I'm not thrilled to be selling this, I'm currently involved in a custody case over my son that is about to see a substantial increase in activity. In order to be able to keep fighting, I've had to make some difficult decisions to finance the case, which means selling some of the things I own which are not essential for me to keep.
I have a massive collection of individual sports cards, mostly baseball and the vast majority of which are Pittsburgh Pirates. The highlights are as follows:
20,000 individual Pittsburgh Pirates baseball cards of various years and names, about 10-20% of which are in binders in clear, plastic sleeves, with the rest in cardboard sleeves.
A shoe box of sports cards that I gathered back in the early to mid 90s, with baseball, a few Penguins and football cards, and even a small number of old WWF wrestling cards.
A very large collection of unopened packs of baseball cards.
A few Pirates and Penguins team sets, still in the box.
An autographed Pittsburgh Penguins David Roche card.
An autographed Pittsburgh Penguins puck signed by Gary Roberts.
An old WCW wrestling t-shirt.
The whole collection is housed in two large plastic crates, which the buyer can take with the collection.
I'm not a dealer and don't have the time or expertise to go through all of these cards to appraise their actual value. The 20,000 Pirates cards mentioned above were purchased as a lot 3 or 4 years ago, and the unopened packs were purchased as sets around the same time. The asking price is basically the cost of that portion of the collection, the binders and plastic sleeves I bought to put the cards in that are in them, and the crates that house the entire collection. It is for this reason that I am asking a conservative price for the entire collection. Unfortunately, as I mentioned above, I need the money more than the cards right now, so it has to be done.
